Client Words

Trusted by Teams Who Cannot Afford a Bad Night

Most of our work comes from referrals and returning clients. Here is why.

“Our annual dinner for 600 staff ran to the second. The SKB producer caught two venue issues we would never have spotted until it was too late.”
Adeline Wong — HR Director, logistics group, Kuala Lumpur
“They turned a product launch into a story the press actually wanted to cover. Coverage exceeded our media plan by half again.”
Harith Musa — Marketing Lead, consumer electronics brand
“Three-day summit, 40 speakers, two stages, zero missed cues. The calmest event week our association has ever had.”
Dr. Priya Nair — Conference Chair, professional association

Questions We Hear Most

Anything else on your mind? Send it over and a planner will reply within one working day.

How far in advance should we book?
For gala dinners and conferences we recommend 3–6 months so the best venues and dates are still open. Activations and smaller corporate events can often be turned around in 4–8 weeks. Peak season (November–January) books out earliest.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We regularly produce events in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi, and we have delivered programmes in Singapore and Bangkok for Malaysian clients. Travel and crew costs are itemised upfront.
What budgets do you typically work with?
Most projects fall between RM 40,000 and RM 600,000, but format matters more than size. We will tell you honestly what your budget can and cannot achieve before you commit to anything.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Absolutely. Around a third of our projects are co-productions where we supply show-calling, technical production or venue management around an internal committee. You choose where we plug in.
Do you handle permits and compliance?
Yes — local council permits, PDRM notifications for public activations, halal catering certification checks and venue insurance are all managed within the project, with copies filed to you.
What happens if an event has to be postponed?
Every contract includes a postponement clause. We renegotiate supplier dates on your behalf and carry deposits forward wherever suppliers allow; our own fees are simply re-scheduled, not re-charged.
