Our Story
SKB Momentum Events began in 2015 as two freelance producers running annual dinners for friends' companies out of a shared desk in Bangsar. Word travelled the way it does in Kuala Lumpur — through satisfied bosses — and within three years we were staging awards nights for national brands.
Today we are a team of eighteen producers, designers and technical managers based in Menara Binjai, delivering events across Malaysia and the wider region. The scale changed; the habit of sweating the small stuff did not.
How We Work
You get a single senior producer who owns your event end to end. No hand-offs between departments, no chasing three people for one answer. They attend every meeting, sign every supplier order and stand beside you on show day.
Our proposals separate our fixed fee from supplier costs, and supplier invoices are passed through at face value. If a quotation drops after negotiation, the saving is yours — that is written into our standard agreement.
Every show element gets a technical rehearsal and every event gets a full-team run-through of the run sheet, including failure drills: what happens if the VIP is late, the rain comes, or the video wall dies.
Guests remember how an evening felt. Our floor teams are trained to host, not just usher — multilingual, briefed on your guest list, and empowered to fix small problems before they reach you.
