Can you take over just the secretariat work?
Yes. We offer a PCO-style secretariat package — registration, abstracts, speaker liaison and delegate communications — while your committee keeps ownership of content and sponsorship. Many associations start there and expand our scope the following year.
What venues in Malaysia suit 1,000+ delegates?
KLCC Convention Centre, MITEC and Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre are the workhorses in the Klang Valley; SPICE in Penang and BCCK in Kuching serve the regions well. We hold current rate cards for all of them and will model two options in the first proposal.
How do you handle international speakers?
One coordinator owns each speaker: visa letters, flights, ground transport, technical checks and an on-site handler. Speakers get a single WhatsApp contact from first email to airport drop-off.
