This Privacy Policy explains how SKB Momentum Events Sdn. Bhd. ("SKB Momentum", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through skbetonm.com and in the course of providing event management services. We process personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run your event well:

• Enquiry data — your name, email address, phone number and the contents of the brief you submit through our contact form.
• Project data — during an engagement: guest lists, dietary requirements, seating preferences and similar information you supply for event delivery.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically when you browse this site.

2. How We Use It

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted event services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain the security of this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for third-party marketing.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Where an event requires it, we share the minimum necessary data with suppliers acting on our instructions — for example, guest names with a venue's security desk, or dietary notes with a caterer. Each supplier is bound to use that data solely for the event concerned. We may also disclose data where required by Malaysian law or a competent authority.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Project data is retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and contractual record-keeping requirements, then securely deleted. Server logs rotate after 90 days.

5. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems available only to staff who need it for their role. Transfers of guest data to suppliers are made through protected channels rather than open email wherever practicable.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent to further processing (which may limit our ability to serve you). Write to [email protected] or the postal address below and we will respond within 21 days.
